Michael W. Windsor received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology with emphasis on Production Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas in 1985.

After graduating, Mr. Windsor founded East Texas Oil Products based in Lufkin, Texas. The company specialized in producing county road base materials in Angelina and Nacogdoches counties. In 1987 Mr. Windsor sold his company East Texas Oil Products, to East Texas Asphalt Company.

Mr. Windsor founded Inland Products, Inc. in 1987 based in Kilgore, Texas. Inland specialized in producing liquid asphalts and road base materials for a 22 county area in East Texas. In late 1987, Mr. Windsor expanded Inland into the Crude Oil Reclamation business by obtaining an R2 permit from the Texas Railroad Commission. Inland’s focus quickly became the recovery of crude oil from waste streams associated with the exploration and production of crude oil. By 1991, Inland Products had become one the largest, most comprehensive crude oil reclamation companies operating in the United States, accepting crude oil sludge from all major oil companies across the U.S. During 1992, Mr. Windsor merged Inland Products with TransAmerican Waste Industries, Inc., a publicly held company. After merging the two companies, Mr. Windsor served as President of the Crude Oil Waste Division of TransAmerican Waste Industries, Inc., Houston, Texas until 1995.

During 1995, Mr. Windsor formed MCS Technologies, L.L.C., corporate headquarters were opened in Houston, Texas with operations based out of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Mr. Windsor is an investor and Board Member of Windco, Inc., a real estate development company. He is an investor and Board Member of Southern Supply, Inc., a First Aid/Safety and Fire Safety Company.

Additional activities have included member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers; member of National Society of Professional Engineers; Controlled Recovery Inc., Board of Directors, Hobbs, New Mexico. He a member of the Angelina County Chamber of Commerce, Quails Unlimited and Ducks Unlimited. He has been active in both the Angelina Youth Soccer association and the Lufkin Youth Baseball Association.



   

D. Lee Cooke received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas, in 1978. After graduating, he joined Texas Oil Processing in Corpus Christi as manager, co-developer and operator of the first three-phase centrifuge system for oil related materials. In 1980, he became an oil reclamation consultant with headquarters in Corpus Christi, Texas. During 1983, Mr. Cooke designed a prototype three-phase centrifuge reclamation system. He worked with many major oil companies and numerous independent oil producers as Director of Centrifuge Operations for Southwest Environmental Services of Corpus Christi, Texas. Mr. Cooke has 20 years technical, management, research and development experience in all phases of the oil reclamation process. He has hazardous waste management training and experience from Texas A & M University at College Station, Texas, and hazardous materials spill control qualifications from Corpus Christi State University. In 1994, Mr. Cooke was instrumental in forming MCS Technologies, L.L.C. He is responsible for all operations of the company. Mr. Cooke is a member of the Athletic Booster Club of Corpus Christi, the Gulf Coast Conservation Association, and Ducks Unlimited.



   

Joseph S. Fontaine has over thirty years of sales and project management experience with liquid/solids in the utility, chemical, and refining industries and on EPA remediation sites. Mr. Fontaine has a working knowledge of most forms of chemical and mechanical liquid/solids separation techniques including the operation of centrifuges, filter presses and belt presses. He has been responsible for projects throughout the United Sates including a major "turn key" remediation project for the United States Navy at the naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This project involved oil storage tank cleaning, oil pit cleaning, soils removal, barge transportation back to the U.S. mainland and the reclamation, treatment, and disposal of the resultant materials. Mr. Fontaine has a working knowledge of hazardous waste management and disposal including incineration, thermal desorption, coker quench feed preparation, hazardous waste derived fuels blending and landfill requirements. His previous experience includes Field Operation Manager and Project Development Manager specializing in the sales and operation of on-site liquid/solids separation, volume/weight reduction, and tank cleaning services. He has developed the costing and scope for large and small projects. He worked with "Super Fund Teams" to develop the dewatering process and scope for major projects such as the Bayou Bonfuca, and the New Bedford Harbor superfund sites. He has thirty years of experience with the sales and operations of water treatment and liquid/solids separation projects with various companies. Mr. Fontaine is the co-inventor of and commercially developed the process for liquid/solid separation using polymers and screens, which is patented. He worked as a consultant for the Energy Transportation Systems, Inc. (ETSI) coal slurry pipeline transportation full scale pilot project.

Mr. Nowlin began his career as an operational analyst for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) where he was in charge of installing computer systems and maintaining the back-up computers for the space shuttle. After over eight years with NASA, Mr. Nowlin changed his career focus to the environmental transportation and disposal industry. Mr. Nowlin has over ten years in the environmental transportation and disposal industry. Kevin has been directly involved with the marketing of environmental transportation and disposal by incineration, thermal desorption, hazardous derived fuel blending and direct landfill disposal. He has held sales and management positions with several environmental companies including Safety Kleen, Heat Energy, USA Environmental Services and Durathurm. He has an accomplished understanding of hazardous waste management and disposal in addition to a strong working knowledge of the EPA regulations governing hazardous waste transportation and disposal.

In 2000, Mr. Nowlin joined MCS Technologies in marketing. His primary focus is in initial customer contact for the sales and service of liquid/solid separation, transportation and disposal in the refinery and petrochemical industries. Mr. Nowlin is a member of the Air and Waste Management Association and the National Petroleum Refiners Association.
