This three-phase centrifuge has a variable speed bowl as well as a variable speed scroll. The mechanical versatility of the MCS 3000/3 combined with the MCS chemical program will break and separate the emulsions that cause our competitors to fail.

The three phase operation of this centrifuge for oil recovery will produce a high quality oil for re-introduction as refinery feed stock or for sale in the oil market. The quality of oil recovered will virtually eliminate the formation of additional emulsion when re-introduced as refinery feed stock. This is a significant cost saving feature considering the solids returned to the refinery in the recovered oil will produce emulsions in an approximate 20:1 ratio.
